Join us for a crazy night of drinking and card playing! We have been having so much fun that we are adding another night where we don't have to wake up early for work the next morning! We will be meeting at Marcia's condo on the North side of Rogers Park. Cozy, good booze, music, we can order pizza, relax, and hang out. We will send her specific address out to players who have RSVPd as we get closer to the event. It is a short walk from the Howard stop if you are taking the red (or purple) line. Also, there is free on-street parking. FYI - Marcia lives on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Also, she has a cat but we can lock her in the bedroom and there are hardwood floors so people with minor allergies usually don't have a problem. Questions or comments - email or call.

Come join us for a night of playing spades! Please join us if you are interested in playing spades and laughing. We will be bringing the card game Wizard as well, in case we don't have even groups of 4. We will be meeting at the Depaul Center located at 1 E Jackson. We've played here a few times and it was nice. Comfy, free, not crowded. Feel free to bring your dinner with you. After the first game (or 2) we will move down to Exchequer (restaurant/bar next door - Now Smoke Free!!) for another game so people can grab drinks and food. To get to the Depaul Center: Walk straight through the Barnes & Noble and turn left to go into the elevator banks. Go up to the 11th floor and turn left out of the elevator. Walk straight to the lounge and look for the redheads on your right with all the playing cards. The event will be starting at 6pm and will move down to Exchequer around 8pm. So even if you can't get there by 6pm - please stop by! Call if you are running late or can't find us.

Come join us for a relaxed afternoon at home of playing spades! Since past events have lasted until after midnight - expect to be kicked out around 9pm or so. Otherwise I'll never make it to work in time on Monday :-) Our spades games have been going great! We have a bunch of regulars and are meeting new people all the time. Some of us have been playing for 20 years, others are just learning so you will definitely fit in! We usually split into "more competitive" and "less compentitive" games but by the end of the night we have switched partners and tables a few times.
