Come join us for a relaxed afternoon at home of playing spades! Since past events have lasted until after midnight - expect to be kicked out around 10pm or so. Otherwise I'll never make it to work on time in the morning :-)
Games have been going great! We have a several regulars and are meeting new people all the time. Some of us have been playing for 20 years and others are just learning, so you will definitely fit in!
We will be meeting at Marcia's condo on the North side of Rogers Park.
We will send her specific address out to players who have RSVPd as we get closer to the event. It is a short walk from the Howard stop if you are taking the red (or purple) line. Also, there is free on-street parking.
FYI - Marcia lives on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Also, she has a cat but we can lock her in the bedroom and there are hardwood floors so people with minor allergies usually don't have a problem.

As usual, if you plan on drinking please bring something you like or something to share. We will probably order some pizza (around $5 each) or I might cook - haven't decided yet.
Also - we have had 2-3 people RSVP "yes" in the past and not show up. Please, please don't be one of those people! If something comes up, we would appreciate you updating your RSVP or calling. It makes it especially hard to play 4-person card games and since there is a limit on the number of people who can attend, we don't want to leave anyone out who wants to be there! Thank you!
